Recently, our Rav had an unexpected catastrophic engine failure while on the road. As a small non-profit who provides a temporary home for families with critically ill children, we simply did not have the budget to purchase a new vehicle. We reached out to Steve Landers to see if they could help us in any way. Because of their commitment to their customers and their community, they installed a new engine in our 2011 Rav 4 at no cost to our organization.
