Disappointed in Write-Up When the Service Advisor checked the computer record on my truck he noted several items that were due for service (which I knew already) & provided me When the Service Advisor checked the computer record on my truck he noted several items that were due for service (which I knew already) & provided me with printout of estimated cost for each item. I noted that two items pertained to service of the rear differential 4WD, one pertained to Limited Slip 4WD and one without Limited Slip. Bothe estimated same price. I either have limited slip rear differential or I don't, not both. I intended to ask the advisor about the apparent discrepancy but we got separated when he showed me to my vehicle.. I know the scheduled PM and realize it needs to be done but this printout makes me question the entire write-up. More
