Unfortunately during the service it was determined that the water pump had to be replaced as well. However the Service Advisor, Kurt Salecker, gave me timely and sufficient information (to include an accurate estimated cost) that allowed for a quick decision on my part. In addition without my asking, Kurt secured a loaner car for me so that I could get work/personal items accomplished while the service/repair effort was completed. I feel that I was not only fairly treated with regard to my vehicles service/repair needs, but that Kurt went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. More

It's Landers, and that is a good thing! I went in to Lander to trade in my car after visiting a different dealership for service that apparently did not want my business. I was greeted by a I went in to Lander to trade in my car after visiting a different dealership for service that apparently did not want my business. I was greeted by a salesman named Benny Smith. I wasn't in a great mood after what I had just dealt with and said as much to Benny. He told me he would take me to the vehicle that I wanted to look at and said he wouldn't bother me. Benny took me to the area that I wanted to go to and let me look around, and true to his word, he waited until I had questions to engage. This is important to me as a consumer because I do not want to feel pressured into anything. Benny explained the different trim level of each vehicle I was looking and ultimately helped me find the car that was right for me. This was not my first purchase from Landers, I've bought three cars from them in the last 10 or so years, but this was by far the best sales experience that I had with them. I really enjoyed working with Benny, he made sure I had everything I wanted in the car that I purchsed and he seemed just as excited as I was (I don't know how salesman are paid but I hope that Benny is paid well for the service he provides.) Benny took my really bad day and turned into a great one. Thank you Benny and Thank you Landers Toyota. More
