James Thomas (J.T.) and Jason rock JT was polite, able to answer all of our questions, and followed through to the end of the sale. We added body side moldings to the car. JT called to follow up when they came in to be sure service had contacted us. JT stayed with us in the entire process. Jason called when the moldings came in. He had them installed and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Both of these men represent Landers quite well. As for the finance department, it would be nice if they exhibited the same attitude--we matter to Landers. With them, it felt like we were just a number and they only wanted the money. Good sales should affirm purchases and help assure people they made a good deal from the first step into the door to the last. They didn't even say "nice to meet you and we hope you enjoy your new car." Felt like "just give me your check." More
