He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and eager to help me get the car I wanted.. He stayed in touch with me through phone calls, and text messages throughout my experience and made me feel I was his most important customer. I appreciated the straightforward way he worked to get me the best deal possible. He was not a “pushy” saleman which was a plus for me, and caused me to have an instant trust in him. I was also very impressed with the financial rep, Jamie Cantrell. He was very thorough in explaining my options and made sure I undertood what I was getting. Both of these guys were outstanding, and I appreciated all they did to put me in my dream car. Professional and Fair I worked with Chris while I was there looking for a Toyota Camry. During my visit Chris helped me find the Camry I wanted, gave me an excellent price I worked with Chris while I was there looking for a Toyota Camry. During my visit Chris helped me find the Camry I wanted, gave me an excellent price for my trade-in, and when we ran across a hiccup. He quickly apologized for something out of his control and sought that it was quickly addressed by management. Separately, I was at the dealership a week before and two other associates were talking to me about vehicles other than the Camry. I can't remember their names but they were very knowledgeable and enjoyed speaking with them about Toyota trucks. More
