New Car Purchase I started my car-buying journey online, using the USAA car buying service. Two salesmen from two different dealerships responded. Sean Bischofberger n I started my car-buying journey online, using the USAA car buying service. Two salesmen from two different dealerships responded. Sean Bischofberger not only accommodated me, but he behaved in a manner like I have experienced only once, and I purchased six vehicles from that salesman. I didn't ask for Sean's work schedule and he never provided it. He always picked up the phone, while on vacation, even out of the country or when otherwise off duty. When he was otherwise occupied, he either responded via text message or made a quick call to find out what I wanted and/or telling me when he would be available. To say I was impressed simply by the access he afforded me would be an understatement. I was impressed with his knowledge, but more impactful was when he readily admitted that he didn't have the answer to my question, but would find out -- then did. I knew, early on that I was going to purchase a new car from him. I dislike car buying mainly because of how some salesmen (the other guy) treat you, but this was a quite different experience. Sean behaved in a credible, honest, manner which earned my respect as well as my business. Out of five stars, I rate Sean a six. He's a keeper. More
