Prompt & convenient Christmas Eve it suddenly became apparent that it was time for a brake job. We called first thing Monday morning to make an appointment for service & Christmas Eve it suddenly became apparent that it was time for a brake job. We called first thing Monday morning to make an appointment for service & we're told to bring it on in. We decided to also have belts (timing belt, serpentine, etc)replaced & the water pump to keep from making an additional trip in the future. All of this was taken care of that day & we picked the car up that same day after work. We could not have received any better service. More

The agreement made by phone was contingent only on my inspection of the specific 2018 new vehicle that I intended to purchase and Landers' inspection of my 2015 trade-in. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at 8:30 a.m. the following day where Chris was waiting with new vehicle and the agreement was finalized in less than 15 later. Shortly after 10:00 a.m., we were on the road home with our new 2018 Highlander. We extend a special thanks to Chris Pitcher for his straight forward and professional approach to negotiating the sale. We also want to thank Jon Roberts for his courtesy and efficiency in processing the financial aspects of the transaction. As I was being escorted to my 4runner, the door was open. The tech said wait for your air filter. I wasn't supposed to get an air filter. He was about to put the old one back in when Chris Freeman said no, put in a new one. That spoke volumes to me. That is why I checked excellent! More
