Courteous and professional Bought an older model used car 'as is', not certified largely due to age, mileage I think. After securing vehicle, did have to immediately replace 2 v Bought an older model used car 'as is', not certified largely due to age, mileage I think. After securing vehicle, did have to immediately replace 2 very worn out tires and then of course do an alignment; also had to replace main drive belt which was notably and extensively cracked. Then chose to replace engine and cabin air filters as well as get an oil change. Total cost came to about $600 which I had not anticipated to have to deal with that quickly so was a little disappointed in that. In hindsight I guess I should have tried to get a little better deal to help cover for the unknowns that always come up with used cars so shame on me. I felt that buying from a reputable dealer would be far better than from an individual; guess we'll see how things go down the line. BTW, I have no issue with the sales rep; I think this is more of a dealer related matter as regards the 'as is' condition on those cars. Thanks. More

Great service. Everything went smooth from drive up to leaving the dealership. The staff are friendly and make sure to explain what is going to be done.
