This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a service center. Shame on me for dealing with it more than once. One example was I had my tires rotated and shortly after leaving, my tire was flat to service center. Shame on me for dealing with it more than once. One example was I had my tires rotated and shortly after leaving, my tire was flat to the ground because it had not been put back on correctly. Today I waited over 25 minutes for my car to be brought around to me, when it ended with me actually having to walk to it and just get it myself. This was after I asked if I could just have the keys and get it myself. Come to find out, they had stapled my keys to someone else's paperwork. So they mixed up paperwork, made me wait, and didn't even have my car locked. I will never go back to this location for service. More
