Unbelievable Customer Service! My wife and I recently welcomed children into our lives. It quickly became apparent that we would need to upgrade to a minivan, though we knew it be c My wife and I recently welcomed children into our lives. It quickly became apparent that we would need to upgrade to a minivan, though we knew it be challenging to take infants to a dealership (for test drives, paper work, and the like). The closest dealership to us is Searcy, though on a whim I contacted Steve Landers Toyota about a 2018 Toyota Sienna (even though Little Rock is almost two hours from us). Mike Brown--an associate at Steve Landers--immediately contacted me to discuss our preferences. Having explained our situation, Mike offered to bring a 2018 Sienna to us for a test drive! Additionally, he noted that should we decide to purchase a van from Steve Landers Toyota, he would deliver the vehicle to our home, take our trade-in car to Little Rock, and all paperwork would ultimately be finalized at our home, thus avoiding much hassle, stress, and anxiety. Needless to say, we are so pleased with our van, which arrived almost a week ahead of schedule due to the diligence of Mike Brown, and I can say unequivocally state that I have never experienced such customer service. I highly recommend Steve Landers for its customer service, attention to detail, respect, quality vehicles, and willingness to put the needs of the customer above all else. If more stars were available, I would rate this dealership much higher. More

We had done our homework on the car and Philip helped us with our questions via text, before we got to the dealership. Everything went very well when we arrived. Philip was ready with the car for us to test drive. It's a great ride. Very smooth and very comfortable. The finance representative was also great. Easy going. Both he and Philip were very pleasant and professional during the entire experience. I really appreciate being treated so well when buying a car.
