I went in for the 45,000 mile check up on my Avalon. I had a 1:20 appointment time and arrive on time. I promptly was greeted in the service area and the gentleman took the information and told me it sh I had a 1:20 appointment time and arrive on time. It was only about half an hour when the gentleman came in and told me my car was ready and I got a good report on it. He was courteous, as were the people at the checkout counter. More
