Please stop outsourcing the calls for when someone calls in to make a service appointment. They don’t seem to know anything about what is due next on the regularly scheduled services. I scheduled mine online this time because I can’t deal with them again. I also don’t want them trying to sell me anything at the end of the call like they did last time. It was a waste of time. I'd avoided going into the dealerships and blocked many sales calls because I just found them harassing and draining. Even the night that I went to the dealership, I was dreading it. Lee Johnson, made the experience as pleasurable and as painless as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to actually care that I found what I was looking for. This is the first Toyota that I've ever owned but I fell in love with her as soon I test drove her and I fall in love with her a little more each time I drive her.
