Jamie Cantrell, our finance manager, made the process painless and answered every question we had. No one was pushy or overbearing (which we had been experiencing ALL day at other places) and they were open and honest from the moment we stepped foot on the lot. Also, even though the truck we bought wasn’t a Toyota, and was used, it was as clean as a brand new car. You never would’ve known it was used. The detail people are fantastic. We will absolutely be back next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

When I complained about it, they sent me a check for $16.00. That is a very childish and unprofessional reaction to a customer complaint!!! Watch the fine print---don't get stuck with paying the sales tax on your next car!!! They are very subtle and tricky about it..... More
