I haven't encountered anyone at Landers that didn't meet my standards, and I once worked in the business, so I know it's not alway courtesy and care. Scheduled online for oil leak. They rotated tires and changed the oil instead. When I asked about leak, they said they had to transfer to Kia to run diagnostics for oil leak. It took days to get the car to Kia despite being promised next day. Then Kia had to drain oil to do simple repair and charged me for the oil that Toyota just replaced. Kia Reported clogged air filter that needs changing. I have prepaid maintenance with Toyota, so it does not appear they are doing the appropriate maintenance when we bring the car in as scheduled. Throughout this ordeal I was repeatedly told that I had to call different personnel in the service department to relay messages from one employee to the next to get this finished, rather than taking care of it themselves.
