I have never had any problems with the mechanical work done to my vehicle--very grateful to the hard working mechanics!!!! Everyone working there that I have had contact with has been kind and professional--making you feel welcome. I am very grateful to all the hard working folks at Toyota of NW Arkansas!!!! More
Bought my Toyota from the place three years ago, have not had a problem yet just routine oil, rotate, and occasional balance.... Took road trip to Colorado and broke axle @ 12,000 Feet.... Was able to not only reach someone via cell and have consult with Technicican to establish drivability but also was given numbers to closest dealerships to verify drivability.... Went to the one in Durnago (do not ever go there seriously it is a a joke) then to Farmington NM (those guys are great).... Was able to drive home to NWA, and dropped it off Monday..... Was able to utilize a loaner.... got a call Thursday letting me know everything was fixed and there were no charges.... Warranty covered, drives like a new car..... These guys rock I can not say enough nice things they have always taken care of anything myself or my wife needed even when we are 1,000 miles away..... More
Does anybody else get tired of the constant upsell of what I do not need? Went to get an oil change, they tell me I need $1200 in service for front end work.
