I called early in the morning to see if I could get my 60,000 mile service and a loaner because I had an appt I had to go to. We bought both of our Toyotas at the Fayetteville dealership, but once NWA opened and we tried it for service, they will get all of our business. They are great. I have been using Toyota of NWA for over a year now and would recommend their service department to anyone! I always have a wonderful experience with excellent customer service and there is generally not a would recommend their service department to anyone! Clint called about the warranty and found out that they were only going to cover $9.50 and of the new tire. Rather than make me go through the hassel of paperwork and calling for my $9.50, he just took $9.50 off the cost of a new tire and called it a day! Any place that is willing to save me time and/or money has me as a customer for life! Thanks Clint! More
I was disappointed to discover that an ad I had heard on the radio was no longer current. I was especially disappointed because I had called just the day BEFORE to see if they still offered the discounted the radio was no longer current. I arrived to discover that the "special" had actually expired a couple of weeks ago and I had been misinformed on the phone. However, Brooke was very quick to step in and honor the discount price. I went to Toyota for an oil change and ended up with a lot more! In the first five minutes I was there, Clint had pulled up my car's history and informed me that there were two recalls on my car that had lot more! If it wasn't for him checking, I would have never known. Toyota then did a multi point inspection and explained to me the conditions of my filters, brake pads, etc and when I would need to have them replaced. Clint was so informative and considerate. The waiting area was also awesome! I recommend Toyota of Northwest Arkansas and Clint for your next service issues! More
I brought my Lexus there to check on the A/C for the first time. Service advisor, Juan, helped me to take care my car pretty quick.
