The customer service is exceptional but the service workers might need some additional training so I don't have to keep bring my car back. More

At 40K miles, I had reached the point where I had to make a decision about tires. I never know exactly what to look for and ususally feel like I just bought whatever the dealer makes the most money on. Not t a decision about tires. I never know exactly what to look for and ususally feel like I just bought whatever the dealer makes the most money on. Not this time ! - finally someone took the time to clearly explain what to look for. Frank was very knowledgeble, took the time to help me make an imformed decision and on top of that, got me a very fair price. I will be back to Toyota of NWA in the future - primarily because of Frank Klimek. More
I was greeted by a friendly service employee who walked me in to the service area and waited with me until one Josh Bostick was able to help me. The service employee answered all my questions while I wait me in to the service area and waited with me until one Josh Bostick was able to help me. The service employee answered all my questions while I waited and made me feel very welcome and important. Josh then took all my information and said that he would call me as soon as my car was ready. I was most pleased that the time I was given 45 min to 1 hour for my oil change was met. They were very prompt in getting my car serviced and they called me immediately after it was done saving me a lot of time on my Saturday. I also appreciated that they wash my car for me and have a vacuum available to use. Overall Toyota was very imformative, friendly, timely and convenient. I will certainly be doing all my maintenance at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. One more thing the waiting area is outstanding, they provide internet, tv, soda, snacks, and comfortable seating. I had someone pick me up expecting the worst but was extremely surprised at the quick service. Thanks Toyota for a very pleasant experience. More

Frank explained the the two tiers of service available and the benefits of the preferred service. Driver was able to promptly get me to work and very quick to pick up once the called and stated that the car was ready. I had not expected the car to be ready until midafternoon and all services were completed by 11:00 am. Everything was handled very well. For the price score given above, you always wish for a lower price. I do think that the price was fair given the service provided. More

I am just comfortable when I go to this dealership. The greetings are always pleasant from the time you pull into the service area until the end of the transaction. Like today I was informed that there ha greetings are always pleasant from the time you pull into the service area until the end of the transaction. Like today I was informed that there had been a recall on an oil hose and did I want it done today or did I want to wait. They also told me how much longer it would take. The sales floor and waiting areas are always very clean. Very appealing. More
I purchased a '99 4runner from this dealer a little over a year ago. I took it back today to get my rear hub bearings replaced because of a loud groaning noise coming from my rear differential. I was quoted a year ago. I took it back today to get my rear hub bearings replaced because of a loud groaning noise coming from my rear differential. I was quoted $500 for parts and $500 for labor. Disgusted with the price, I took it right down the road to firestone in bentonville, who were a lot more friendly, and got all of it done for $450! BUYER BEWARE!! The toyota dealership were overpricing parts, as well as overquoting their service. I will never purchase a vehicle there again, even though I love Toyota as a vehicle. I would never recommend this pricey place to anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle. Obviously they do not properly inspect their vehicles before selling, then try to screw you on service. More

Everything went smooth. Asked that the left front tire be checked because there seemed to be a one way-other way, or slightly "weavey" sound, and motion when driving. Was told the treads were measured an be checked because there seemed to be a one way-other way, or slightly "weavey" sound, and motion when driving. Was told the treads were measured and all seemed to be even. On trip through New Mexico and Arizona on I-40 there was a "whir--whir" sound when going the speed limit. Don't think it is my "imagination" since I heard it more than once. But don't know what to ask for on the next 5000 mile service. More
