It was repaired on the following Saturday in about 35 minutes. Wow. I started using Steve Landers Toyota because of George Ramirez. I trust George to be truthful with me. He is available when I have questions about my car. I have never felt that he recommended anything that didn't need to be done. I have been to other service departments where I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will not go back to those dealerships. More
Starter issue My 2010 Venza was having issues starting. The battery was deemed good by Walmart so we thought it might be the starter. The mechanics could have put in a new starter but checked the three year old battery themselves and saw it was bad. So instead of putting in a $600 starter, they replaced the battery and saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. More

Out of Towner I called around noon and was able to get an appointment for 3:00 PM. Got it and got to the service center at 2:55 PM. Was shown to the waiting area by 3:10 PM. At 3:55 PM, I was heading to the the cashier with my service completed with 2 recommendations. No biggies. On my way back to my kids home with all maintenance done that was needed at 65,000 miles. Quick, efficient and done with records updated back to my home dealership. Yeah! Great service. Just like Starbucks. I never get a bad cup of coffee anywhere I stop. The same goes for my Toyota service. More
