Oil change I had an oil change, and the employee suggested that new wipers were needed. I had forgotten about them, but I knew he was right. My appointment was for 11 a. m. and I was there on time; however there were a lot of people ahead of me. My car was ready at about 12:45. All in all, I am very happy about the whole experience despite the length of time I had to wait. The service man was very courteous. More
