2003 4 Runner Oil change, tire balance, rotation, alignment, No issues with the oil change and pricing was reasonable. The alignment was time consuming, but not due to lack of effort. Several components had become "frozen" over time and had to be heated to be loosed and repositioned. The service desk kept me posted as to the delay and what was happening, but since I had brought stuff to do while I waited it was no big deal. I have spent a fair amount of money on service work this year, all at Landers, but with 195,000 miles on my 2003 4Runner much of it was needed to keep adding on the miles for hopefully years to come. This has been a great vehicle and just keeps on rolling, though I do pride myself in taking care of it, but not necessarily to Toyota's aggressive ($$$) maintenance schedule. Honestly, this has been the best dealer service department I have ever dealt with...not always perfect, but quick to fix any miscues and seemingly dedicated to superior customer satisfaction, as that has been my experience to date. I'll be back next week for spark plugs and a new engine gasket, found during the inspection with my oil change. These guys are pros and the work, while maybe a bit more expensive than the local "garage" is guaranteed. More
