During the servicing, Johnny further explained 2 items found that he recommended requiring further attention; i.e., front brake linings needed replacement after 78,000 miles, and a rear windshield wiper had a cracked piece that should be replaced. After further explaining the items and checking costs, including company savings opportunities, Johnny confirmed that the work could be completed within an hour so I authorized the work. Throughout Johnny was competent and gracious. More
