This is my 2nd purchase at NWA Toyota in Rogers, AR. My first was a 2007 Avalon and I just purchased a 2011 Avalon - they are fantastic cars. I LOVE Toyota of NWA! They offer a friendly, personal atmosphere. Toyota customers are pampered to the max including FREE carwashes, drinks, and donuts. I bought a 2008 Yaris there 2 years ago, and recently traded it in for a 2011 Camry. My salesman spent the morning with me, and then much of the afternoon with family members as he made 2 sales that day. I NEVER felt pressured to purchase a vehicle I didn't want. My salesman was honest and willing to work with us as much as possible to get what we wanted. I've never received the incredible level of service at a car dealership as I receive everytime I walk through the doors of Toyota of NWA! More
Frank Klimeck the Service Writer has always been very friendly and upbeat and patient in explaining needed work to be done to vehicle. He has gone above and beyone the call of duty in assisting with getting paper work together for rebates--for example the "Extended Life Tire Program". I have never had any problems with the mechanical work done to my vehicle--very grateful to the hard working mechanics!!!! I shopped hard and they were significantly the best price. After the sale, one question came up and they resolved it above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this dealership because of the professionalism of the entire team from the Sales Manager, Brian, the salesperson, Robert and to the service department run by Frank. I have never had an issue that they did not immediately take care of. This is the third car I have purchased in the last two years and have been totally satisfied with all three. I prepaid on the regular service and you do not need an appointment and I am never waiting for more than 30 minutes. I did not feel pressured by the salesperson and he was very professional. Now I call ahead to Robert to set an appointment with what I am looking for. He knows from the previous purchases what I want in a car so we don't have to spend a lot of time going over the small details. I appreciate the personalized service. They make sure you get to know the people in the dealership on a personal basis so you can go to anyone for an answer. Customer service is very much practiced here. More

Bought my Toyota from the place three years ago, have not had a problem yet just routine oil, rotate, and occasional balance.... Took road trip to Colorado and broke axle @ 12,000 Feet.... Was able to not only reach someone via cell and have consult with Technicican to establish drivability but also was given numbers to closest dealerships to verify drivability.... Went to the one in Durnago (do not ever go there seriously it is a a joke) then to Farmington NM (those guys are great).... Was able to drive home to NWA, and dropped it off Monday..... Was able to utilize a loaner.... got a call Thursday letting me know everything was fixed and there were no charges.... Warranty covered, drives like a new car..... These guys rock I can not say enough nice things they have always taken care of anything myself or my wife needed even when we are 1,000 miles away..... More
Does anybody else get tired of the constant upsell of what I do not need? Went to get an oil change, they tell me I need $1200 in service for front end work.
