Unlike most dealerships I have dealt with, the service dept you have is outstanding. Your employees, especially Frank, take ownership of any problems you may have and makes sure it is resolved before you dept you have is outstanding. Our experience at Toyota of NWA on 07/15/10 was absolutely wonderful. The three people who handled our situation (repairing a tire, & cleaning the engine throttle body) were the epitome of all a cu absolutely wonderful. My car started giving me trouble as I was driving home from work, so I called the service dept. at 5:55 (they close at 6) and Clint told me to bring it in the next day. I had to bring my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for the recall notice of the floormat. I was greeted quickly (the service team member was there before I was even out of my car! Impressive!)
