Our experience at Toyota of NWA on 07/15/10 was absolutely wonderful. My car started giving me trouble as I was driving home from work, so I called the service dept. at 5:55 (they close at 6) and Clint told me to bring it in the next day. I had to bring my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for the recall notice of the floormat. I was greeted quickly (the service team member was there before I was even out of my car! Impressive!) There ws someone there to meet us as we drove into the dealership. They were more than courtious.
