I love going to this dealership...they are always friendly and very fast. You don't even need an appointment for regular 5,000 service, and even with no appointment you don't have to wait very long f friendly and very fast. Unlike most dealerships I have dealt with, the service dept you have is outstanding. Your employees, especially Frank, take ownership of any problems you may have and makes sure it is resolved before you dept you have is outstanding. Frank is always friendly and greets you as though you are a family member. He knows the products and can suggest what course of action needs to be taken. Service was quick. When I got there I was greeted by Brooke, she did all my paperwork and let me know how long the service would take. Our experience at Toyota of NWA on 07/15/10 was absolutely wonderful. The three people who handled our situation (repairing a tire, & cleaning the engine throttle body) were the epitome of all a cu absolutely wonderful. They were courteous, professional, compassionate and when I told Brooke that I'm on a fixed income & wouldn't have the $18.00 labor charge until 07/28/19, she said "Oh, I'll take care of it, don't worry about it." My car started giving me trouble as I was driving home from work, so I called the service dept. at 5:55 (they close at 6) and Clint told me to bring it in the next day. I had to bring my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for the recall notice of the floormat. I was greeted quickly (the service team member was there before I was even out of my car! Impressive!)
