I have been using Toyota of NWA for over a year now and would recommend their service department to anyone! I always have a wonderful experience with excellent customer service and there is generally not a would recommend their service department to anyone! Clint called about the warranty and found out that they were only going to cover $9.50 and of the new tire. Rather than make me go through the hassel of paperwork and calling for my $9.50, he just took $9.50 off the cost of a new tire and called it a day! Any place that is willing to save me time and/or money has me as a customer for life! Thanks Clint! More

I was disappointed to discover that an ad I had heard on the radio was no longer current. I was especially disappointed because I had called just the day BEFORE to see if they still offered the discounted the radio was no longer current. I arrived to discover that the "special" had actually expired a couple of weeks ago and I had been misinformed on the phone. However, Brooke was very quick to step in and honor the discount price. I went to Toyota for an oil change and ended up with a lot more! In the first five minutes I was there, Clint had pulled up my car's history and informed me that there were two recalls on my car that had lot more! Toyota then did a multi point inspection and explained to me the conditions of my filters, brake pads, etc and when I would need to have them replaced. Clint was so informative and considerate. I brought my Lexus there to check on the A/C for the first time. Service advisor, Juan, helped me to take care my car pretty quick.
