Traded in my X5 BMW for the Tacoma PU and wow I was/am pleased. The sales representative was personable, knowledgeble and made the whole process a great experience for sure. I thought only the high end dealerships like BMW and Range Rover were top notch in service and customer service but how wrong I was. I had owned a Range Rover before the X5 so feel I had been spoiled with service and then I find NW Toyota and boy was I wrong. The service plan I purchased is well worth the price and oh the customer service from the moment you drive into the service bay is outstanding. I cannot say enough about all the employees at the dealership. The physical plant, the cleanliness, service and attitudes of all make this a first class dealership for sure. My thanks to Steve and all the employees of NW Toyota for outstanding job well done! I love my Toyota Tacoma as well, it drives as good as the BMW and is so useful for my B&B here in Eureka Springs. Clint did an exceptional job setting up my toyota which was due to a 90k mile check up. He did a great job educating me on the premium check up versus the standard check up.
