I am just comfortable when I go to this dealership. The greetings are always pleasant from the time you pull into the service area until the end of the transaction. I had been in the market for a new truck for quite some time. Decided that I liked the Toyota Tacoma but needed more info. Went to the dealership and Brian approached with a greeting. He gave me the requested literature on the Tacoma so I could study the vehilce and its options. About a month later, once I had a clear idea I returned to the dealership and spoke with Brian. After a Q&A session regarding my wants, needs, and any questions I had, we pinpointed an acceptable vehicle based on my criteria - a 2010 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab V6 with the SR5 package. Took it for a test drive and ensured it would fit in the garage as was one of my requirements. Afterward we negotiated on the price. We found what I would consider a reasonable meeting ground so I purchased the vehicle. After the purchase Brian had the vehicle detailed and filled with gas while he showed me around the dealership and introduced me to some of the satff in the respective areas and had some additional questions answered. It was a great experience and Brian made me feel comfortable and not highly pressured. Since the purchase there were several follow-ups from Brian and the dealership to ensure I was happy with the purchase and to answer any questions. More

I purchased a '99 4runner from this dealer a little over a year ago. I took it back today to get my rear hub bearings replaced because of a loud groaning noise coming from my rear differential. Disgusted with the price, I took it right down the road to firestone in bentonville, who were a lot more friendly, and got all of it done for $450! BUYER BEWARE!! The toyota dealership were overpricing parts, as well as overquoting their service. I will never purchase a vehicle there again, even though I love Toyota as a vehicle. I would never recommend this pricey place to anyone looking for a good reliable vehicle. Obviously they do not properly inspect their vehicles before selling, then try to screw you on service. More
