At 40K miles, I had reached the point where I had to make a decision about tires. Went in for 30,000 mile service on a 2004 Camry. This is my mother's car and not a lot of mileage is put on it. Driver was able to promptly get me to work and very quick to pick up once the called and stated that the car was ready. I had not expected the car to be ready until midafternoon and all services were completed by 11:00 am. Everything was handled very well. For the price score given above, you always wish for a lower price. I do think that the price was fair given the service provided. More

Service department very friendly and fast. I was there on a saturday and a full crew was working. Four oil change bays were working and the car wash was free. I am just comfortable when I go to this dealership. The greetings are always pleasant from the time you pull into the service area until the end of the transaction. I had been in the market for a new truck for quite some time. Decided that I liked the Toyota Tacoma but needed more info. Went to the dealership and Brian approached with a greeting. He gave me the requested literature on the Tacoma so I could study the vehilce and its options. About a month later, once I had a clear idea I returned to the dealership and spoke with Brian. After a Q&A session regarding my wants, needs, and any questions I had, we pinpointed an acceptable vehicle based on my criteria - a 2010 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab V6 with the SR5 package. Took it for a test drive and ensured it would fit in the garage as was one of my requirements. Afterward we negotiated on the price. We found what I would consider a reasonable meeting ground so I purchased the vehicle. After the purchase Brian had the vehicle detailed and filled with gas while he showed me around the dealership and introduced me to some of the satff in the respective areas and had some additional questions answered. It was a great experience and Brian made me feel comfortable and not highly pressured. Since the purchase there were several follow-ups from Brian and the dealership to ensure I was happy with the purchase and to answer any questions. More

I baught a used Toyota 4Runner from this dealership. All of the service was great and I felt extremely comfortable being there as well as purchasing a vehicle with them.
