I was lied to multiple times about when my car was going to arrive and how it was tracked. It took over 7 weeks for the car to come in when at one point I was told it would be there the week after I bought to arrive and how it was tracked. It took over 7 weeks for the car to come in when at one point I was told it would be there the week after I bought it. My salesman was rude to me on the phone when I tried to call him for an update. I also know for a fact that my car was sitting in a port for at least a week but most likely longer with no trying to do anything about it because I was told that the manager has been calling on other peoples cars but not mine. There was also zero communication with me other than what I initiated until a complaint was made. Promises were not followed through on and I got nothing but a sorry for the long wait for all of my troubles. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was because 1 manager was nice and got things moving after I complained about how I was treated. More

Historically I have had outstanding service on my vehicle. However, on this recent service, no one brought to my attention that the battery terminals were very corroded, and needed immediate correct vehicle. However, on this recent service, no one brought to my attention that the battery terminals were very corroded, and needed immediate corrective action. Consequently, three days after leaving the dealership my vehicle battery died in a rural isolated location, when the temperature was 96 degrees. I had the battery tested and was told it was bad. If I had been told the condition of my battery at the time of service, I could have purchased a new battery at the dealership service center. More
