I did not appreciate the mis-leading information given to me by the finance manager. I was told I had a service agreement that include scheduled maintenance and now we are being asked to pay for oil changes, me by the finance manager. Was told several different financial numbers before the sale was final. At one point I was told I could get 5% interest rate and ended up with 6.5%. I do not like being mis-lead when making a major purchase. Either tell me exactly what is going on or tell me nothing at all. Lynsi has spoke with me and I understand the mis-communication. I retract the former notes and appreciate the work Lynsi has done to check everything out. More
