He found that a RAV4 would meet my requirements,to include gas economy, clearance height, and storage area. He said a 4-cylinder RAV would be just what I need, no more no less. We negotiated, and I drove away with a new car that same night. In all my 45 years of buying cars/trucks, I have not met a nicer gentleman than Barry. He has sold 2 cars to my daughter-in-law(Mica Bengs). He has sold a Tundra truck to my son (Erik Bengs)...and another car to Danessa Bengs (my other daughter-in-law). The whole Bengs clan highly recommends Barry to others in the community of Northwest Arkansas. The dealership should be very proud of Barry(as all of the 6 Bengs family members are). I went into Toyota of NW Arkansas hoping to get into a new Toyota Sienna. Brian Garrett promptly greeted me and was very helpful in showing me all the options and features on each model. He was patient and answered every single question I had, was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, and after I decided which one I liked, he made the process very smooth and easy for me. I never felt pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciated. All the rest of the sales staff were extremely professional, friendly, and wanted to make sure the process was as easy as possible for us. Brian called me a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was working out good for us and to make sure we were enjoying the vehicle. When I was at the dealership over 2 months later to get my first maintenance, Brian saw me and walked over and addressed me by name. He asked how my husband was (also by name), and took the time to chat with me for a while. The level of customer service I recieved there was very impressive; the entire sales staff was great, the service department is amazing, and I couln't have asked for a better salesman than Brian! Brian Garrett IS the reason I purchased my 2010 Highlander. He met me in the parking lot with a warm smile and a very kind, may I help you attitude. There is nothing pushy about Brian and I had the desire to purchase a vehicle from him almost immediately. I actually was there to meet another salesman referred by an internet inquiry. Let me state quite clearly that I never would have purchased a vehicle from that man. In fact, had it not been for the kindness shown by Brian, a sale would not have been made that day. The dealership overall was friendly, clean and welcoming. My experience turned out being most positive because of Brian. He was thorough, helpful, answered all my questions and was quick to get an answer if he did not have one. He has made follow-up calls to make sure I am still enjoying my vehicle, has always been quick to return calls made to him. He does not "drop the ball" after the sale is made and that is most refreshing. I highly recommend Brian on your next visit to Toyota of NWA. More
We had purchased an Avalon last year and had traded it for a Honda, but were not satified with it so cmae back to Toyota. We have had very good service so far and are very satified with the Camry. I just purchased a new Prius and my only contact so far has been with my salesman, Steve Pruitt, the finance officer and the folks that have driven the car through the car wash. I walked out three times and his (friendly) persistence got me to keep the contact open until I did purchase the car. He has been very helpful in explaining the features of the car and very patient when I came back again for a refresher course. I worked as a Sales Manager for a drug company for 10 of my 30 years with the company and would have hired Steve as a salesman. He made the sales experience tolerable. More
