My husband and I are from Louisiana, and I'm here for a few weeks to work. We went by the dealership just to get an idea on a new vehicle. We didn't have plans to buy at that time. He was extremly nice, helpful, not the typical salesman, not pushy at all. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted and it was the deal of the week. We met several staff members and they were just as nice and helpful as Brian. Each person that we dealt with were knowledgable and professional. I had originally went to a competeing dealer per a mailing. After several hours, the other dealer was unable to strike a deal. So I left and went to Toyota of NWA. He was very straight forward no BS kind of guy. After test driving the new 2010 Tundra Platinum edition I struck a deal and purchased my new rig. Mike Maynard did everything possible for a Salesman to make our purchase easy. He even followed us home and drove our 2008 Prius back to the Dealership so we would not have to make an extra trip. That is going the extra mile in fact it was about 30 miles round trip to be truthful about it. As I recall it was raining and he got wet. Best salesman on the floor in my book. I expect my 2010 to last me a long time, and I am averaging in excess of 50 MPG over the 13,000 miles I have driven it so far. But I am not a HOTROD. I accelerate gradually and push on the gas pedal as if it had an egg under it and I did not want to break the egg. I also drive at or at times over the speed limit a little to keep up with traffic and to be safe. Ordinarily I stay right at the posted limit. Toyota has a happy customer and isn't that what a good salesman is suppose to be doing??? Keeping the customer satisfied. Everytime Mike is on the floor when we are there he greets us with a smile and asks us how we are doing, if he is not busy with another customer. He is not just a salesman anymore he is a friend. I have dealt with other salesmen and other makes of vehicles and there are a couple of them I would shoot if it was legal. So I am not that easy of a customer to satisfy. When I visited this dealership, I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. I have driven Toyotas for several years, so knew what I wanted. Even though I had driven similar autos, he stayed with me and explained the new features so there would be no questions in my mind when I left the lot. I am happy with the auto and am especially happy with the perks offered by the dealership for future service. Mr. Garrett has contacted me by phone several times since my purchase to assure that the car is operating properly and that any questions I might have are answered. I am very please with the considerations I've been given by the dealership and would most assuredly do further business with them. More

He listed to us describe what we were looking then found that vehicle and made it fit our budget. He let us stay in control of the transaction without any pressure. This is very important to me. High pressure turns me off. That's what was so impressive about him. We took nearly two weeks deciding for sure to purchase. During that time he returned several phones to answer various questions that we had in a timely manner. He even returned one call from home when he was sick! The dealership in general pleased us as well. We were really surprised to learn that it is a corporately owned operation as the manner in which it is run is much like the smaller dealerships that we usually deal with. Brian was very good after the purchase as well. He spent close to an hour showing us all of the features of the car that we were not familiar with. Following our trip home, he called every other day the next week to make sure everything was going well.
