Brian Garrett was a great salesman. I have been in sales for the past 35 years and have learned a lot about making people happy with their purchase. Brian did exactly that. He listed to us describe what we were looking then found that vehicle and made it fit our budget. He let us stay in control of the transaction without any pressure. This is very important to me. High pressure turns me off. That's what was so impressive about him. We took nearly two weeks deciding for sure to purchase. During that time he returned several phones to answer various questions that we had in a timely manner. He even returned one call from home when he was sick! The dealership in general pleased us as well. We were really surprised to learn that it is a corporately owned operation as the manner in which it is run is much like the smaller dealerships that we usually deal with. Brian was very good after the purchase as well. He spent close to an hour showing us all of the features of the car that we were not familiar with. Following our trip home, he called every other day the next week to make sure everything was going well.
