My husband and I visited Toyota of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers to check out a new Toyota Prius. Robert Argueta met us and showed us the features of the prius. We appreciated the car and it's features, the inside roominess of the little car and the excellent gas mileage. We learned that a couple new models were being delivered and en route. Robert called us later with the specifics of those new cars coming in and we purchased one before it arrived. When it arrived Robert again explained the Service Agreement, all the features and how it works. I even took a video of his smooth explanations of the inside hooks, buttons, dials, stocks, guages and features. Robert called us later to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. His friendliness makes you feel like family. We were very happy with the price and warm service we experienced purchasing our Toyota Prius.
