I had been in search for my Tacoma for about 6 months to a year and knew exactly what I was looking for. When I searched around online one random day, I came across one at this dealership and knew I would s a year and knew exactly what I was looking for. I emailed the dealer since it was a Sunday and first thing Monday morning Marty May called me and said it was mine if I could get down there ASAP. I was there all day going over details on financing and test driving it. Marty never gave up and neither did I. Both of us wanting me in this truck and both of us having a price in mind, we came to an agreement that in my opinion, favored me more than it did him. I got the help I needed, truck I wanted and Price I could really afford. I told Marty I refused to pay $400, $500, or even $600 a month for a truck. It took some time and I am sure he got a butt chewing from his boss, but got me a great deal. Only down fall I had was it took an entire day to get everything squared away. I currently have friends looking for newer cars and I have contact Marty and sent him on the lookout for those vehicles. During the test drive, I started out in the back seat(to check it out) and we were heading straight for the highway. I was a little nervous abut driving the Prius at first, so Kurt took me to a residential neighborhood and let me start off slowly. His patience never ended, and I'm sure I drove him nuts with questions, but he steered us through the whole procedure with a minimum of fuss. We love our Prius and Kurt did a fantastic job in making our sales experience really enjoyable. More

I went to Toyota on Fayetteville and Toyota in Rogers. I was looking for a Toyota Prius. Fayeteeville told me that they did not have one and they could not get one, and showed me a list of names of people t was looking for a Toyota Prius. Brian greeted me and told me that they did not have any on the lot. He went and talked to his sales manager and told me that they had one on its way in. I was there on a Saturday. Sure enough, Monday morning he called me and said that it at just hit the lot. If I could get there he would let me look at it. Me and my wife jumped into her truck and headed over. It had a few more options than we wanted byt Brian and his manager worked things with our trade and financing we were able to drive it off. The dealership did a good job meeting our needs. More
