Great experience overall. Finance manager we dealt with, Rob, was unfriendly and insulting with many of his comments. We had our own fincancing in place, and did not want to purchase the extended warranty. Rob, was unfriendly and insulting with many of his comments. Rob made it clear that he thought we were stupid for not going with Chase Bank for financing and not purchasing the extended warranty. We knew exactly what we wanted and would not be swayed by his upsale, which was not done with any tact or aplomb. He was boisterous and rude. Our credit is very good and we had money to spend, and felt that we could have been treated differently at the end of our experience at the dealership. Randall Drane was great to work with, and we will approach him first when we are ready to trade again to a different vehicle. He is friendly and never put any pressure on us to make a decision. Stan was also very nice to work with. More
