Sales department operates on a system that keeps all salestaff on a short leash. Once they have you seated at a desk the run off to report to "The manager in the glass office." YOU the customer get t salestaff on a short leash. Once they have you seated at a desk the run off to report to "The manager in the glass office." YOU the customer get to wait as long as it takes for them to decide if you are really a buyer or not. Last week I stopped by on my lunch break to see what they had in stock in the model we were interested in. The young saleman was very cooperative but as soon as we stepped into the showroom area and he took down my information he had to run off to the glass office to get his directions. Apparently these directions were that I was not ready to buy. I waited about 2 minutes and then got up and walked slowly (Deliberately) past the office and out the door. When I was almost to my car I turned around having decided that I never did get the card from the salesman. He had been released from the office and was busy putting away the keys to the car he had shown me. NOT looking for me. I turned and left. This was the second visit where I was treated as if I was not a serious customer. My wife has had her Prius serviced there since the dealership opened. Her experiences with the sales staff has been hot and cold. Most recently she has not been at all happy with the salestaff she has met. So this past Friday we headed south to Fayetteville for a doctors appointment and then the shop cars. My intent was to buy one IF my wife found something she liked with the terms we could live with. Before leaving I sent a message to the this dealership asking if they were interested in selling us a car. I said that my visit earlier that week left me doubting their interest in me as a customer. It's now Thursday almost a week later and not a word from the dealership. We did buy a new Prius at the Fayetteville Toyota dealership. I would have preferred buying in our hometown but clearly this dealership has their "system" the live by and as far as I am concerned we will not return except when it is inconvenient to drive to Fayetteville for service. That's a shame because the service department at this dealership has always been great to us. More

Don Joiner is the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable service manager I have ever met. He does an admirable job of advising the correct service for my car. He is a reason I will go back t knowledgeable service manager I have ever met. He does an admirable job of advising the correct service for my car. He is a reason I will go back to Toyota of NWA for my next purchase. I'm sure his supervisor knows how great he is, but please tell him for me anyway. Thank you! More
I bought a extended warranty when I purchased a vehicle in 2012, at the time Jack told me it was 100% refundable if not used. When I sold the car it was still under factory warranty so the extended warrant in 2012, at the time Jack told me it was 100% refundable if not used. When I sold the car it was still under factory warranty so the extended warranty was not used. When I cancelled the warranty they took 30% of the original cost when I question the bass hole Jack he told me it was prorated I asked him how can you prorate something that wasn t used then he got rude. I have bought four vehicles from this dealership in six years I will never buy another from them. More

I enjoyed the "buying experience" at Toyota NWA. The sales personnel were expert and considerate but not pushy. The selection of vehicles was immense, and they were well kept and well present NWA. They went the extra mile to ensure the customers were completely informed and fairly deallt with. I would recommend the dealership to others. More
I went to Toyota of NWA just to look around and ended up leaving the next day with a '12 Camry with only 3500 miles on it. Tony was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They couldn't meet my numbers, and leaving the next day with a '12 Camry with only 3500 miles on it. Tony was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. They couldn't meet my numbers, and I couldn't meet theirs, so we eventually came to a good middle ground. I despise dealer "decals" they put on the trunks, so Tony actually took it off for me! The internet price was $1000 more than the dealer price, so they honored the lower price. The only downside to this process was picking the car up. Maybe it's just me, but you trade in a car, have a ton of sales tax to pay, and along with your new car payment.....you don't get a full tank of gas when you leave the lot. It's more of the principle of the matter. Not more than two days of driving my car off the lot, I had to stop for gas. I was a little upset that they gave me my car with 1/4 of a tank left in it. I asked about this, and was told that you get full tank only when you buy a brand new car. I just shook my head and said, "seriously?" Overall a good exeperience, but something like that prevents an excellent review. More

Our sales consultant listened to our needs and budget restrictions, but once he took our keys to have our trade-in vehicle examined, things began to turn sour. Each time we did not like the deal that the s.c. came back from his manager's office with, he was unable to meet our specifications. We didn't mind negotiating at first, but the dealership was only willing for us to negotiate our end of the deal. They were willing to give us thousands below market value for our trade-in (which we receive monthly mail asking to buy it back) and only went down $1,000 on a $38,000 vehicle after the s.c.'s third trip back and forth. After the third return, we asked for our keys back only to be met with another associate with another negotiation page, but no difference on their end. Then, that salesman stated what we were asking for was "ridiculous" upon which we asked again for our keys when he said "They're on the roof". Upon returning with them, he tried again to negotiate our end of the deal. We were very disrespected, didn't like having to beg for our keys, or the fact that they took them away and kept them until we asked three times for them. We will not be going back to this dealership to buy a vehicle. More
watch out, these guys are slick. like most used or new car dealers, they smile as they stick it to you. check all your options before you buy or finance. internet deals are superior to walking in and buyi car dealers, they smile as they stick it to you. check all your options before you buy or finance. internet deals are superior to walking in and buying at this establishment. i could have had a new car for less than what i paid for a 2 year old car. don't assume a salesman will actually help you figure out your options. i feel like an idiot after my purchase, but i suppose the important thing is that this dealer makes alot of money instead of offering a decent deal to its patrons.
