Best Dealership Service! Recently I had my Toyota Prius serviced at the Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. When I first moved here approximately 7 years ago there was not a Toyota Recently I had my Toyota Prius serviced at the Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. When I first moved here approximately 7 years ago there was not a Toyota Dealership in the Rogers/Bentonville area...I had to go to Fayetteville to find a Toyota Dealership which I found very inconvenient. This new Dealership was under construction and I couldn't wait for it to open! Every time I visit this Dealership for any reason I am impressed with the friendly and professional way I am treated. Not only do they go out of their way to fit me in when my schedule allows, they also complete the work efficiently and in a timely manner. They even arranged for me to have a loaner car so I could complete my errands while the work was being done. Johnny Guiterez always handles the paperwork portion of my visit quickly p, explains the charges, and is more than willing to answer any questions I have, taking the time to make sure I am comfortable with the experience. I have a friend who has used a different dealership in the area and came away having had a horrible experience...that never happens to me at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas! I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone, with any make of car, and am confident that their experience will be as positive as mine always is! More
