LOVE MY NEW RED TUNDRA!!! I really wasn't planning on buying a new truck when I stopped by. I had a 2011 Tundra and was happy with it but it was a base model and I was very in I really wasn't planning on buying a new truck when I stopped by. I had a 2011 Tundra and was happy with it but it was a base model and I was very interested in the new 2014 models. Also, Toyota of NWA had a $6000 incentive on the TSS models so I stopped in on a lark to see the difference. Two hours later I drove off in a new red Tundra TSS 4x4 and I'm thrilled. I love the truck and I loved working with Michael Roche. He was very down to Earth and not pushy. He didn't pressure me at all but wanted me to be happy and satisfied with whatever my decision would be. Roberto Argueta took care of all my financing needs and made it easy and quick. Michael had the new truck filled up with gas and transferred my stuff over from my old truck while I was doing paperwork and even followed up a day later on the phone to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I can honestly say that this experience is SO much better than dealing the Fayetteville Autopark. I felt rushed and just a number to them. Michael really seems to care about what I wanted and was needing. Thanks again Michael and Roberto......... You've earned my future business without a doubt! My suggestion is to go to NWA Toyota first if you are looking for a car. They live customer service not just offer lip service like other dealerships. More
