I wasn't sure if I was supposed to just drive into the bays so I got out and asked the man was very friendly and even teased me by pointing at the "drive in" signs hahaha... It was a Saturday so I was told my wait would be about an hour and a half, but my vehicle was finished in about 40mins! Yay! Andddd they ran it though the car wash (trust me. It needed it. I didn't even recognize my car clean) thank you to Sheila Estes and the NWAToyota team! More

They jerked us around Then they jerked my parents around. It all had to do with the financing of the vehicles we wanted. And on top of that, they would not honor their own TV advertisement for a vehicle that my parents wanted. I remember the first words out of my Dad's mouth when he told me about his experience, but I can't repeat them here. He got a great deal with the Ft Smith dealership after that, but it's sad that he had to drive 70 or so miles to get a better deal when the dealership in Rogers could have just honored their deal. As for my wife and me, they danced around us on financing the car we wanted for three days. And then when we found a better car and deal at the Fayetteville dealership, the Rogers dealership called us and said that they would be another day in getting the financing on their car. I said "Don't bother. We got a better car and deal in Fayetteville in one day, and we're bringing our salesman up there to get our trade-in vehicle. Please have it ready." Which they didn't. The car they had ready wasn't even ours. LOL! Maybe they were trying to postpone the inevitable. When we got to the Rogers dealership, we were met with "injured" looks. It was like I just shot someone's dog. They gave our salesman from Fayetteville a hard time, which we apologized to him for, but he said that stuff happens all the time. They really started trying to kiss my butt by offering me any new car on their lot for a better financing deal than what Fayetteville offered, but I turned them down. I figured it was time for them to earn a little humiliation, and I have no regard for butt kissers. This is why I don't understand all these glowing reviews for this dealership. It seems to me they are "selective" about who they will make great deals with. And if that's the case, fine, I can be selective about who I buy a car from. One thing is for sure: I will NOT buy from Toyota of NWA! More

Nothing to worry about. Always like to hear that. My service issue was taken care of and I was back on the road before a read a chapter in my book. All good. Chris I believe was the gentleman who battled the banks on my behalf and between Marty and Chris I got the best deal I could have hoped for in a used car. It is a nice car with low mileage and payments I can meet each month. All I can say is GOD sent me there to give me a blessing and I hope GOD blesses Toyota and Marty May and his family in return for all their kindness.. :) More
