Long Wait, No Communication, & a Rude Service Desk Employee I waited for 2 hours without being told when my car would be done, I wasn't checked on or updated on my car's status. When I started to worry about be I waited for 2 hours without being told when my car would be done, I wasn't checked on or updated on my car's status. When I started to worry about being late to pick my child up from daycare, I got up to ask a service desk employee how much longer my wait would be only to be told that the service being performed on my car takes an hour and the technician working on it had had to finish up another job before he was able to get to mine. This gave me no idea how much longer I'd be waiting and I honestly thought he was saying that the technician had just started on my car and would be another hour!!! When I asked what was taking so long (with a confused and irritated tone, of course), the service desk person leaned toward me aggressively and rudely repeated the same thing about the service and the technician!!!! I was horribly embarrassed, shocked, and on the verge of tears. Fortunately, I was lucky another employee came along, intervened, and answered my questions kindly and professionally. Apparently, my car was about to be finished and I left less than 10 minutes later. I'll be pursuing this matter further with the general manager. More

Bad experience with last two purchases We bought a 2007 Chevy Impala last week. First of all our salesman David Weaver was awesome and we would highly recommend him. He was very helpful. We had trouble with the transmission line fluid the first morning. Fluid was on the garage floor. We took it back and they worked on it. Had to order parts but got car back after the weekend. The next morning the monitor said check left rear tire pressure. So back we went to Toyota. They checked it out even switch tires around and it still said same thing. We were advised to go to the Chevy dealer and have them use a scan tool to reset tire pressure warning system sensor. After being at Toyota two hours and then going to local Chevy dealership they told me need a new sensor and would take about a hour and half. They were very nice and got me in. At least Toyota was gracious enough to cover costs. More

salesman lied and tried to play games Our salesman, Greg Epperson, shook our hands and said we have a deal, we initialed the paperwork-then he came back and said "we've decided to pass - w Our salesman, Greg Epperson, shook our hands and said we have a deal, we initialed the paperwork-then he came back and said "we've decided to pass - we are selling it to someone else" - we asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. We said you just told us we have a deal, how can you do that? He said he didn't think we were serious and they had another buyer. We went to the person our salesman had been going back to on our deal and he said they didn't even have another offer. We got upset and loudly said we can't believe they do business this way --- so they asked us to leave - we said we would and we would not be back. Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. More
