Great!!! We had a very wonderful experience with our salesman Juan Mason. He is relaxed, not high pressure. He listened to our needs and he found it for us. Actually, he found a Toyota for us that was even better than what we expected to get! Working with Juan felt like reuniting with an old friend. He knows how to be himself and we can tell he truly likes people. He made sure at every step of the process that we felt relaxed and that we were getting our needs met. I finally had enough and went in to talk to the manager and he was so helpful and nice after I calmly explained what all had happened. I had my windows tinted although it doesn't keep much of the sunlight out but I now have everything I was promised and I'm so happy with my car! More
Service nightmare My service experience started over a month ago with a simple oil change and tune up. I have recently moved into the area, so I had never been to Land My service experience started over a month ago with a simple oil change and tune up. I have recently moved into the area, so I had never been to Landers before and will never return. First mishap was despite me making an appointment for the oil change and spark plugs on my 07 Rav 4 no one had ordered the spark plugs. A quoted 2-3 hour job turned into a all day affair. I was slightly turned off when I first pulled in that the car hop guy's first question to me was "Are you ready to trade her in for a new one?" The service rep did not come out to speak with me about the error that had been made in ordering the spark plugs until I had waited over 4 hours. Then he blamed a out of state call center that made my appointment. During the inspection they found that I had a rear seal leaking where the back axle and differential meet. They did not bother telling me this until I was checking out. A couple weeks later I decide to schedule another appointment and get that leak taken care of thinking, ok, they goofed up once, this time will be better. WRONG! I show up for my appointment a week after making it and find out that they do not have the seal in stock! A new service rep, George, offers me a rental free of charge which I take. A newer car, but definitely not equivalent to my SUV. He states they will have the seal in, in the next day or so. Three days pass and I go in and turn in the rental to find out that they still do not have the seal and my car has just been sitting in the lot untouched since I dropped it off. I demand my car back in its present condition. They oblige my demand and assure me that they will have the seal in early the next week and will call me as soon as it arrives. They also promise a sizable discount on the repair. Four more days go by without a word so I call in and after being transferred to a couple different people I get transferred somehow to the parts department, so I ask the parts guy if they have the seal and everything else needed to do the repair. After checking, he states that he has everything needed for the job. At this point I'm a bit ticked so I ask to speak with the service Manager, Andy. Andy listens to my story then offers me a new rental and to get me in today. The second rental was nicer than the first and was a nice gesture. I was not charged for either rental. However, there was no discount given to the bill. When I dropped off my Rav this time I dealt with service rep. Jason. Jason was nice. He left me at one point to let Andy know that I was there. Andy never appeared, so I guess he was too busy to come out and apologize for his businesses malfunctions in person and prefers non-personal phone apologies. Upon examination of the bill I see that the service tec found another issue with the car ( a noisy wheel bearing) and that was not reviewed with me before I left. It was as if they could not get me out of there fast enough. Sorry I'm not filthy rich, like most people that reside in and around Rogers and I drive a car that's 9 years old with just over 173,000 miles on it, but I know that Toyota stands behind their products for a lot longer and more miles than this. I have never seen a poorer run Toyota dealership. I feel very discriminated against at this point because I drive an older vehicle and perhaps because I wear Wal-Mart clothes rather than the latest fashions found at the mall just up the road. I will never recommend this dealership nor will I ever return. More

Never before have I had a group of people in auto sales seek to understand my goals and try to help me reach them as much as this group. Our family was seeking to downsize vehicles and reduce our monthly car payment burden. Not only did Sean, Bill and team listen for understanding, but they went out of their way to do the best they could to help us reach our goals. I drove away totally satisfied and appreciative. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be doing further business with them in the future. More
Withheld Title after receiving payment I recently purchased a used car. The deal involved the dealership buying a used car from my son. They held the title to my car ransom until they rec I recently purchased a used car. The deal involved the dealership buying a used car from my son. They held the title to my car ransom until they received a signature on a document. They did not notify us of a problem. Did not realize an issue until wasting 3 hours at the DMV. They would not release This after they were paid for the car I purchased and selling the car that needed the signature. They were not flexible in resolving the issue, playing the strong arm. I am afraid I will need to seek legal advise and the in the meantime I have a car I can not title, therefore can not drive until they decide to release the title. More
