Service I would like to start off by saying that this visit was better than others in the past. I believe Mark was the advisor that helped me this time and he I would like to start off by saying that this visit was better than others in the past. I believe Mark was the advisor that helped me this time and he was great. He seemed more upfront and honest with me. The last time I was in there, the service advisor told me my rear breaks were low, .2mm, and that I should think about getting them done. I left with the advise and price checked other places and decided to just hold of till this visit, and mark told me my rear breaks were at .5mm and since they wear much slower than the front, I would be fine for awhile. Not really sure how I gained thickness on my break pads, not possible, but I was quite upset that my last experience was more about trying to get me to spend as much money as possible, instead of advising me with truer statements. Again, this visit was much better. More
