Is only available or working about 50% of the time; when it is working waits are frequently more than 15 minutes to queue up. On one occasion oil pan drain plug was finger loose and dripping oil. Apology was not forthcoming nor any concern for their mistake or offer to come tighten the screw. Survey generally sucks as it doesn't provide for valid evaluation. For example, I may or may not recommend this service center but the choices are only yes or no. How would I know the quality of the service?? -- the car stills runs and I know I better check for leaking oil. More

Great Service I came in yesterday without an appointment regarding a tire air leak. While there , we realized I was due for normal maintenance in a couple hundred m I came in yesterday without an appointment regarding a tire air leak. While there , we realized I was due for normal maintenance in a couple hundred miles. The service advisor worked me in to patch the tire and for the normal service. He said it would take about 90 minutes and it took exactly that ! More
