Deal ! NO Truck How does that work? I called an set up an appointment with Michael Hull looking to purchase our 4th Tundra. I had given specific details of what we had wanted . Showed up only to find out that the truck was not on site it was in Little Rock, AR. Should have gone with gut instinct and left then. After spending over 5 1/2 hours buying a truck we were told it would be brought up for us on Sat. Only to be called at noon on Sat and be told "Sorry the truck was sold at the other dealership". Will look for another one......hmmm paperwork already signed and sealed? How can that be? I called and left a message for Rodney Plack the General Manager asking for him to call me and what do you think???? I'm still waiting for the call..... Oh yeah Steve Landers Toyota you might want to do your homework because there is a $2500.00 rebate on the Tundra's not the $1000.00 you told us......Bet that was just a oversite! Needless to say we bought a Tundra elsewhere and were very happy with their customer service etc. Some things just work out for the best. More

Friendly I contacted Steve Landers Toyota in February to handle the recalls on my Rav4. I was told by George they would order any parts needed and then they w I contacted Steve Landers Toyota in February to handle the recalls on my Rav4. I was told by George they would order any parts needed and then they would contact me to set up an appointment time to do the repairs. I have waited since February for Toyota to fulfill a backorder for the rear arm suspension parts for my car. If Toyota is going to do a recall , then they should ramp up the production of the parts needed. I contacted Steve Landers again a few days ago and informed them that I STILL had a very large noise in the back of my car. After they figured out that my car had not received a safety inspection, they asked me to bring it right in and they looked at it. The recall items they did have were repaired and we are STILL waiting on the rear arm suspension part. I was informed of what the noise was and that it needed to be repaired immediately. They were very courteous and I really needed the car wash! More
