My assessment of my problem was ignored and I was offered a $160 diagnostic process which was not needed. The 95k maintenance inspection was a joke in my opinion. Again, I felt like I was dealing with a sales person and not a service advisor. I came away with distrust and drove 2 hours to Springfield to a Lexus dealership.
