Friendly I contacted Steve Landers Toyota in February to handle the recalls on my Rav4. I was told by George they would order any parts needed and then they would contact me to set up an appointment time to do the repairs. I have waited since February for Toyota to fulfill a backorder for the rear arm suspension parts for my car. If Toyota is going to do a recall , then they should ramp up the production of the parts needed. I contacted Steve Landers again a few days ago and informed them that I STILL had a very large noise in the back of my car. After they figured out that my car had not received a safety inspection, they asked me to bring it right in and they looked at it. The recall items they did have were repaired and we are STILL waiting on the rear arm suspension part. I was informed of what the noise was and that it needed to be repaired immediately. They were very courteous and I really needed the car wash! More

Lightning Fast I brought my car in for a 1 year check-up and they had it done and washed in less than an hour. Excellent Service-Super Fast Had a 3 PM appointment and showed up at 2:45 and was going to wait for vehicle to be serviced. Great service center; terrific salesman I almost hesitate to use the title "salesman" for Mr. Hastings because from our initial contact he felt more like a longterm friend. I appreciate his low-pressure helpfulness as I found myself unexpectedly in need of a replacement vehicle this past weekend. I was particularly grateful for the kindness he showed to my toddler, who would not likely have otherwise endured the morning and early afternoon. I would also like to thank Kyle, who quickly found a long-cord phone charger, so I could continue relaying to my husband all information pertaining to the warranty we were considering. His explanation of options was enlightening and easy-to-understand. Last, thank you to David and Kevin (not sure of his last name) for arranging for a windshield repair facility in my area to fill and seal the cracked windshield on my new vehicle. Also, thank you to all the friendly service guys who initially processed the Prius I traded and patiently explained the issues with it. I have forgotten their names, but am particularly grateful for the young man who introduced me to David. Wish we didn't live so far away, but I have shared my positive experience with friends and family in NWA/SW MO. More
