Deal ! NO Truck How does that work? I called an set up an appointment with Michael Hull looking to purchase our 4th Tundra. I had given specific details of what we had wanted . Showed u I called an set up an appointment with Michael Hull looking to purchase our 4th Tundra. I had given specific details of what we had wanted . Showed up only to find out that the truck was not on site it was in Little Rock, AR. Should have gone with gut instinct and left then. After spending over 5 1/2 hours buying a truck we were told it would be brought up for us on Sat. Only to be called at noon on Sat and be told "Sorry the truck was sold at the other dealership". Will look for another one......hmmm paperwork already signed and sealed? How can that be? I called and left a message for Rodney Plack the General Manager asking for him to call me and what do you think???? I'm still waiting for the call..... Oh yeah Steve Landers Toyota you might want to do your homework because there is a $2500.00 rebate on the Tundra's not the $1000.00 you told us......Bet that was just a oversite! Needless to say we bought a Tundra elsewhere and were very happy with their customer service etc. Some things just work out for the best. More
