We apologize for this experience, as that is not what we train and strive for daily. We have now added more personnel to the Express side and are diligently working to ensure that every vehicle is properly finished within 1 hour normally and always less than 1.5 hours. And the communication regarding time and work done should always be timely and consistent, which we will address.
