Repair work They did replace the CV boot under warranty. It was finished in the time frame I was given. Only issue I had was with getting a shuttle pick up back to pick up the car. The receptionist told me that she had contacted the driver and had been told that she was on her way. She told me this when I'd called back after waiting 30 min. She then said that she call the driver and have her call me back. The driver did call me back and told me that the call she just got from the receptionist just now was the first one she'd received. I do understand that if the driver was busy, she couldn't come immediately, but standing up waiting for 30 min on a rainy day for no reason is frustrating. Guess I will just wait from now on if it will be a long repair. More

Excellent service this trip I pulled into the service bay at 5:45 needing anew battery. I fully expected to drop my car off because I knew they were closing in 15 minutes. To my complete surprise they replaced my battery and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Very impressive customer service start to finish.
