Meeting Juan in person for the first time we were immediately impressed. Juan is a true professional and the kind of person who immediately makes you feel at ease. Juan had gotten an Avalon ready for delivery before our arrival but when we changed our mind and ask for a different color, Juan without hesitation made the switch.
