Good Job! Drew Parker told me that no appointments were available but for me to bring in my car, and he would work it in. Best customer service I have had my 2007 RAV4 serviced here since I bought it in November 2017. It is extremely expensive to have your car serviced at any dealership. Espec I have had my 2007 RAV4 serviced here since I bought it in November 2017. It is extremely expensive to have your car serviced at any dealership. Especially when the transmission goes out on your vehicle and it cost about as much as what you paid for the entire vehicle about 6 months ago. What kept me coming back was the honest customer service Drew provided. I appreciate the time he took to listen to my needs and search for the answers to my questions in a prompt enthusiastic manner. Otherwise, I would have never agreed to pay these insanely high service prices. More
