Repair to seat, recall notice and general service We had a scheduled appointment at 7:00 this morning. When we got there, they said it would take about 90 minutes. It turned out the seat was more complicated than they thought and it would take an extra hour. Drew Parker was our Service Advisor and he did an excellent job of handling it. He let us know what the problem was, was very apologetic, offered to provide us with transportation to somewhere for breakfast, kept us posted as it progressed and was very professional. I did not like having to wait longer, but the situation was handled very politely and professionally. Drew did a great job. More
